REFUND POLICY - REVITALIA

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Revitalia, we stand behind the quality of our products with a limited satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer refunds under the specific conditions detailed below.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

Eligible Products

  • Only unopened products, in their original and sealed packaging
  • Products within the warranty period specified for each item
  • Products purchased directly through official Revitalia channels

Non-Eligible Products

  • Products opened, used or with a broken seal
  • ❌ Products outside the warranty period
  • ❌ Products purchased from unauthorized third parties
  • ❌ Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
  • ❌ Personalized or special edition products

WARRANTY PERIODS

Refund periods vary by product and are clearly specified on each product page:

  • Renova - Progesto : 60 calendar days
  • Other products : 30 calendar days
  • Products on sale or discount : 15 calendar days

The period starts from the date of purchase.


REFUND PROCESS

1. Application

2. Authorization

  • You will receive a response within 48-72 business hours.
  • Only applications for products that meet all requirements will be processed.

3. Return

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You must use the shipping method specified by Revitalia
  • The product must arrive in perfect condition

4. Processing

  • Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are NOT refundable.

REFUND METHODS

  • PayPal : Refund to the same PayPal account used
  • Credit/Debit Card : Reverse to the same payment method (5-10 business days)
  • Bank Transfer : Requires providing valid bank details

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping costs : Non-refundable
  • Return costs : At the customer's expense
  • Exception : Only in cases of defective products or shipping error by Revitalia

EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL POLICIES

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product from the factory:

  • Contact within the first 48 hours
  • Provide photographs of the defect
  • Revitalia will cover all shipping costs

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect product due to our error:

  • Full refund including original shipping
  • Free shipping of the correct product

Special Offers

  • Black Friday/Cyber ​​Monday : Only 7 days warranty
  • Clearances : All sales are final
  • Bundles/Packages : Must be returned complete

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS

Limits per Client

  • Maximum 2 refunds per customer per calendar year
  • Customers with multiple refunds may be restricted from future purchases.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds on individual products are NOT accepted.
  • Processing fees of 3.5% may apply depending on the payment method.

FRAUD AND ABUSE

Revitalia reserves the right to:

  • Deny refunds to customers with a history of abuse
  • Request official identification to verify identity
  • Restrict future purchases in cases of confirmed fraud

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS

  • Products shipped outside of Mexico have a reduced period of 15 days
  • Import/export costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tariffs and taxes are NOT refundable.
